ZoneVM supports data centers in Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, and US West. All nodes are Tier 3+ data centers with dedicated IPv4 and 1Gbps dedicated bandwidth.

New services can be fully refunded within 24 hours. For major service failures lasting more than 24 hours, proportional refunds are available. Please submit a ticket in the console.
